FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"Desire" Ring: A Symbol of Love and Fragility

Apostolos Kleitsiotis introduces "Desire", a sterling silver and 18K gold ring with diamonds, inspired by the movie "Wings of Desire". The ring is an attempt to express the notion of passion, love, and fragility through a sense of flutter, embodying a complete jewellery line named "Wing of Desire". The unique design features a harsh and natural oxidized silver surface, accentuating the material's qualities, competing with the diamonds' glint and the discreet presence of yellow gold.

The ring, designed and crafted by Apostolos Kleitsiotis, boasts an organic, fluid, and delicate form that feels comfortable on the hand, gently embracing the finger. Crafted using thin forged silver wire and heat for welding, the ring's manufacturing process involved classic ancient goldsmithing methods, including the welding of thin pieces of 18K gold to silver with fire and great care. The final touch involved setting 18 diamonds on the ring, resulting in a unique and elegant piece of jewellery.

The "Desire" ring is a testament to Apostolos Kleitsiotis's creative philosophy, where the trace of the artist's hand must be evident, highlighting the uniqueness of the materials used in goldsmithing without trying to alter but rather harness their natural look.
