Plongereclat: A Captivating Jewelry Set

BIZOUX proudly presents "Plongereclat," a mesmerizing jewelry set designed by Mayu Tsutsumi. Inspired by the breathtaking boulder opals, this necklace and earrings ensemble embodies the essence of the sea with its exquisite design and vibrant gemstones. The collection is now showcased at GINZA SIX, Tokyo's prestigious luxury shopping complex.

Featuring an Australian boulder opal as the centerpiece, adorned with diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds, "Plongereclat" captures the beauty of the ocean in a wearable art form. The wavy surface and striking green and blue marble pattern of the opal evoke the sense of the sea, while the carefully selected gemstones represent the colors and splashes of light one would encounter when diving into the ocean.

The production of "Plongereclat" commenced in November 2022 at BIZOUX's office in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. The intricate piece was meticulously crafted in a workshop located in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, known for its excellence in jewelry production, and was completed in February 2023.

The necklace and earrings set, made of K18 yellow gold for durability, features a total of 69 gemstones, including the boulder opal, diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds. The meticulous arrangement of the gemstones and the 3D CG-designed frame showcase the designer's attention to detail and commitment to perfection. Skilled craftsmen prong-set the stones, ensuring the utmost precision and quality.

The "Plongereclat" set is designed for stress-free wear, with a clasp located at the back of the chain for easy fastening. The lightweight and elegant pieces effortlessly elevate any outfit, adding a touch of glamour and sophistication.

Mayu Tsutsumi, the creative force behind BIZOUX, has received the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award for "Plongereclat" in the A' Jewelry Design Award 2024. This accolade recognizes the exceptional creativity and artistry embodied in the design, showcasing technical and creative prowess that contributes to enhancing the quality of life.
